The Role

  • Structural design, working on everything from house beams and foundations to industrial buildings, commercial premises and seismic assessments & strengthening

  • Prepare fee proposals for potential projects

  • Site assessments including scala penetrometer testing, soakage testing and site suitability

  • Work independently or collaboratively on a range of projects

About You

  • Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering (Washington Accord)

  • The role will include a balance of office based design, site visits and construction monitoring across wide range of work.

  • Structural engineering design for residential, commercial and a minor portion of industrial projects.

  • Residential design includes SED elements of new residential buildings, retaining walls and foundation designs.

  • Commercial projects include earthquake assessments and strengthening and new commercial buildings.
