The Role

Cadastral Surveying:

  • Perform cadastral surveys for urban and rural subdivision projects.

  • Prepare and certify survey datasets in accordance with LINZ and Cadastral Survey Rules 2021.

  • Liaise with LINZ and other authorities to ensure survey approvals.

  • Manage end-to-end survey processes including field work, data processing, plan preparation, and statutory certification.

  • Quality Assurance checks on surveyor’s work.

Land Development Engineering:

  • Contribute to or lead the design of land development projects, including stormwater, wastewater, roading, and earthworks.

  • Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and reports to support subdivision consents.
